BMW Motorcycle Club of Colorado Monthly Meeting
Where: RED & JERRY”S 1840 West Oxford Avenue (Corner of Santa Fe and Oxford) Sheridan, CO When; Wednesday September 8th 5:30 Dinner 6:30 Club Meeting 7:00 Presentation This month our featured speaker will be Butler Maps. A locally owned (Eagle, CO) Motorcycle Map Company http://butlermaps.com/ Rather than suggesting a loop that begins and ends in the same spot, our map allows riders to quickly and easily plan a route based around their own time restraints and preferences. We understand that most riders do not have months to explore Colorado passes or Utah deserts nor do they have time to sift through the countless websites and blogs that divulge the best rides in say Wyoming or Montana. Our years of research and riding have eliminated the need to waste time searching and wondering if you’re getting the best out of your ride. With one map you can see where the best riding experiences are and decide over a cup of coffee which ones you want to ride. I also understand they are planning a series of maps, which are designed for the off-road enthusiast. This should be a great presentation Hope to see you there! ICE (in case of emergency) | | Before you head out for parts unknown this summer please remember to enter or update your ICE contact information on your cell phone. Emergency personel are trained to look there. You'll also find a place for it on the back of your membership card to keep in your wallet. You can also _link_ your info to your drivers license by going here: ttps://www.colorado.gov Look for "Add Emergency Contacts to Drivers License or ID" under the Services tab. This is a good idea because cell phones can be lost or broken in an accident. The club store also has helmet stickers for sale that carry the info. Please take a moment to check your info. Thanks!
