CAMPING Quiet Camping at the Vo-Tech, Elementary, & High School, starting on Wednesday July 23, 2008. Camping in the Town Park will be permitted the evening of Wednesday July 23, 2008 until Monday morning. There are nearby State & National Parks (See the information under "Trip Planning & Paonia Area Resources Links" in the menu to the right) for those wishing to arrive earlier or leave later. [Back] SHOWERS Showers will be open 24 hours starting Thursday afternoon until Sunday at 10 am. Locations:
The limited number of showers at the Teen Center are older and subject to temperature fluctuations. There are no showers at the Vo-Tech or Elementary School buildings this year Modern shower facilities are available at the High School . It is approximately 3/4 mile from the Rally site, for those who wish to walk. There will be a shuttle bus (SCHOOL BUS) available each day from approximately 6 AM TO 9 AM to take you from the park to the high school showers and back. The bus will pick up passengers on the street side of the Teen Center, and operates on a floating schedule depending on demand (It will make a trip when it is full, or every 20 to 30 minutes). PARKING No bikes on the grass in the tenting area of the park. Please park along the streets around the rally site. This means more close-in camping and causes less damage to the facilities. NO GLASS in the tent & playground areas.

There will be coffee, iced tea, & other beverages & snacks available, some at no cost & some for a donation.
[Back] FRIDAY DINNER The Friday evening Steak Dinner is 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the American Legion Hall approximately 1 mile from the Rally Site. A shuttle bus will be provided, which we highly encourage using or a map can be viewed HERE. Tickets will be on sale in the Beer Garden. There will also be a Rib Dinner available at the Teen Center, and local restaurants will be offering specials for Rally goers. [Back] SATURDAY BREAKFAST A Saturday morning meal ticket is included with your registration; Breakfast will be served from 7 to 11 a.m.
[Back] SATURDAY'S DINNER A Saturday evening meal ticket is included with your registration. Dinner will be served from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and includes dessert and beverage.
[Back] SHIRTS The finest rally t-shirts, including the official 2008 rally shirt, are available at the Club t-shirt tent. There is also a limited supply of hats, club decals, patches, pins, & license plate frames.
[Back] RIDES All scheduled rides will form on the far (East) side of the Teen Center unless otherwise noted. There will be a ride coordination board near the entrance to the Teen Center for those who want to gather up their own impromptu ride group. Rides can be viewed under the "Event Schedule" HERE [Back] SEMINARS At the Beemer Music Pavilion located in the Northwest corner of the Park. See the Events Schedule for topics, descriptions, and times. HERE [Back] FIELD EVENTS Saturday, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., in front of the grandstand. Sign up at Registration. You will need to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability form to participate in the Field Events.
[Back] AWARDS Sign up at Registration for any award for which you feel eligible such as longest ride, oldest, youngest etc. You must be registered to be eligible for any award. The Judge’s decision is final.
[Back] DOOR PRIZES You must deposit the registration packet tickets in the buckets of your choice at Registration. Ticket number matches the number on your wristband. Drawings start at 4 p.m., Friday and end Saturday at 4 p.m., except for grand prizes that will be drawn at the Closing Ceremony. Winning numbers will be posted near Registration. You must claim door prizes before 4 p.m. Saturday, or unclaimed door prizes will be forfeited. You must be present at the Closing Ceremony to claim any major door prizes.
[Back] BEER The American Legion will be looking after our needs from Noon - Midnight, Thurs, Fri, & Sat. As always, we Thank them for their enthusiastic support of the Rally.
[Back] RV PARKING RV parking (no hook up's) is available at the east side of the elementary school, 1/2 block west of the park; and RV parking is also available at the high school quiet camping area (no hook up's) with showers & rest rooms inside the high school. Please park on the Northeast side of the school, as ride seminars will be conducted in the main parking lot. Check the Paonia Lodging page for private RV Parks nearby.
