Information for Vendors There are only a couple of special registration requirements for vendors. There is no 'booth fee', but you must coordinate booth size and location with the Rally Master. Food Vendors must contact Ellen Smith at (970) 527-3990 well in advance of the Rally. Each vendor will be required to register (HERE) per the terms of the Rally ($50 per person), and the individual in charge of the vendor's party will be responsible for paying the required fees and signing the liability waiver. Wristbands, for each member of your team, are required for Park access. This grants you full Rally privileges. When registering for the Rally, notify the Rally Master (topotherockies@coloradobeemers.org) to be included on our website. Provide your web address if you would like to have it linked, and a "brief" description of your business. Vendors requiring booths/tents/pop-ups should be in place by Wednesday evening by 6:00 p.m. Check with the Rally Chairman or Registration prior to entering the grounds and setting up. There will be no vehicle parking on the playing field. Any trailers and goods must be delivered to the booth area, and attendant vehicles removed to the street except for deliveries during the rally. All tents, shades, awnings, or banners must be heavily secured to withstand high wind gusts associated with storms. Please bring the appropriate tie-downs for your own use. No trailers or other vendor items such as booths, tables, or signs will be permitted on the paved key hole driveway west of the stadium/playing field and the driveway around the perimeter of the Teen Center without special permission from the Rally Chairman. Vendors are expected to have their booths/exhibits open and manned from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 23, 24, and 25. Vendors may remove all possessions any time on Sunday. Please assist the rally staff by picking up trash in your immediate vicinity. All Vendors are required to collect 6.9% state and local sales tax on all sales at the rally. A reporting form will be provided to you at the rally. We will collect the tax on Saturday evening. This is a new requirement. Those vendors with special needs such as power, water or other services, should contact the Rally Master as early as possible, but a minimum of two weeks prior to the Rally due to very limited resources. If you have any other questions, please contact the Rally Master, Ken Slough at TopOTheRockies@ColoradoBeemers.org. Thank you for coming to and participating in the Rally. You help make it the best!
