So Beemers and More are putting out bait before the movie. Nice. Other dealers around the country are buying the tickets, having "rally's" at the theaters with special parking for motorcycles out front, and so on.

Here in Denver? Nahdah. Best kept secret in town. A town with one of the highest concentrations of GS's in the world.

However, if you go to the theater at Alameda and Wads tonight, I might share a packet of cheese and crackers! So there...one more great social event of the season.

Not sure if it's the same movie, but it was on the Fox Reality Channel at midnight. They have other showings throughout the week, or was it next week? Couldn't make it to the theater as other commitments, once again, got in the way of motorcycles, darn!

Theater was 3/4 full, but one person couldn't buy a ticket on site...sold out.?!

Great entertainment but choppy...you knew there were miles of tape to be cut, and the result was not a smooth as it could have been. Good representation of some of the cultures of Africa...they are all abjectly poor and primitive and apparently not a moral compass in sight...witness the genocides and mass slaughters thoughout the continent over the last 20 years.

Most impressive of the trip was the ability to do the trip. Someone did a heroic job of organizing the visas and other documents for all the countries they transited. Their circuitous route was not so much dictated by motorcycle adventure as "which countries can we get permission to go through".

The actors were much more likable with much less whinning on this trip. Yep, I'd buy the CD.

What a disappointment. We went to Highlands Ranch and the theatre was full. Sat for an hour while they tried to fix the machine and walked out with nothing but a free pass to another movie. We own the series of DVD's. Watched them in January, but wanted to watch with a crowd. How did we get the DVD's? Well they actually belong to my son-in-law who got them for Christmas in Liverpool, England where they are available. What is Fox Reality.

Fox Reality is Channel 159 on Comcast Cable. They were not the same show however; the theater is showing a synopsized version of the entire trip. Fox showed part 1 of the journey. They are also airing the entire “Long Way Round” tomorrow (Saturday 8/2 starting at noon).
