Sorry to hear of all the problems with your LT. I think you will love your new RT, I know I love mine. Did you already buy it, or do you just have one eyed out? Did you see the '06 red R1200RT on craigslist?

Hi Bob,

I just picked up my '05 RT yesterday. It has 12K on it in Piedmont Red. I love it !!!! Good price, good trade, great service by our friends in Aurora...

BMW of Denver is about as good as it gets.

My special thanks to the following BOD team members for helping me out so far:

Chris Katsaros - Sales
Bob Creger - General Manager
Rick Zimmerman - Service Manager
Eli Myrick - Eli ... The wrench !!!

The saga isn't over yet. We are still waiting to hear to what degree the extended warranty company is going to step up for the service of the LT .... Lots of work was done to make it salable. But, the RT is mine... Everyone say a prayer that the clutch/seal replacement and labor doesn't put me in the poor house...

I really just want to ride and not have the bike in service more then on the road.. Hopefully this new boxer will make that happen... I am done with LTs for sure.
