last tue i took a ride from frederick across hwy 66 to lyons then across hwy 7 to hwy 72 to nederlands and down hwy 119 (boulder caynon) and back to frederick,great little ride. As to be expected this time of year there's an abundance of very large,and deep potholes. thankfully most were large enough to see from a mile away! Just a heads up,as the peak to peak run is this weekend. ride safe and keep the shiny side up! mark k

I can't make the Peak to Peak on Sunday, but I'm thinking of doing a shorter run to Nederland on Saturday. Anyone else interested? I plan to be at breakfast on Saturday in Morrison. Come on out if you're interested (or even if you're not).

Hi All,
Bob and I took the ride through golden gate canyon up to Nederland. For the most part, the conditions are good. There were a couple of spots with sand on the road. But, by no means were the conditions unpassable.
I'll be on the ride tomorrow morning...
