Hopefully it will be dry and there won't be too much sand on the roads. I plan at Red Rocks Grill in Morison prior to 8:45am, weather permitting. I can't wait to find out more about the "secret" party afterward. Be there or be square.

Had a good ride down to the Springs this morning, albeit a bit cold over the Palmer Divide on hwy 83. I think there was about 10 or 12 of us. Someone in the group had a thermometer and he said it went down to 28 degrees. I was wishing I had bought that heated jacket. Next time. At least the sun was out. Some of the group went on to watch the parade, but I had to go home to tend to one of my dogs that recently had knee surgery. It was one of the best rides back on Hwy 105. Almost nobody out on the road. Not a single Harley and only 1 or 2 cars. Must have been too cold for the faint of heart.
